For years, I was captivated by the perfect cake—flavors so extraordinary, so alucinante, that I became obsessed with creating that same magic. I spent years experimenting, refusing to launch until I found that exact balance, that perfect taste. Because for me, it was never just about baking. It was about pursuing excellence.
My inspiration came from everywhere: French elegance, Italian precision, Japanese artistry, Korean innovation. I realized I didn't need to copy perfection—I needed to create my own. I took those classic flavors and reimagined them with Puerto Rican soul and my personal touch. French techniques met Caribbean heart. And in 2021, Double Trouble Baking was born.
What started as custom cakes from my kitchen evolved into weekly meals, pop-up events, and our beloved food truck. Today, every creation carries that same obsession with perfection—fusing traditions, honoring heritage, and creating moments of pure joy.
